Thomas England House

My grandmother worked as a hostess for quite a few years in this restaurant. There has been sightings of ghosts, reports of unexplained sounds, and movement of various appliances/knick-knacks through the restaurant's three floors. The old house has a lot of history and I believe is a good candidate for your next investigation.

Re: Thomas England House

I will check this one out. However- we have a rather full plate right now. With private residences and another project underway- we are booked! Not a bad thing, I guess. But I will add this to the list- we are always looking for a good place to investigate- thanks for the info!

Re: Thomas England House

We just went to dinner there last weekend to see what it was like now that it reopened. Interested feel to the house. The manager took us to the 2nd floor for a tour. I'm looking for a location for a small event and was getting a feel for it. He mentioned the some of the stories of the "claims" and the DGH had investigated there! Hope it was a good one!!

Re: Thomas England House

Queen, mind telling us if what you had to eat was any good? Its been years since I have been and I remember their NY strip is awesome.

Anyway, maybe a few members of DGH can go to Thomas England House (TEH) as customers just to get a feel for the place...and the food. Tax write-off kgo!
