Rockwood Museum and The Delaware Ghost Hunters (DGH) have teamed up to offer new and exciting adventures for paranormal enthusiasts starting in February.

Set at the beautiful and grand Rockwood Mansion, the public will be given an opportunity to participate in paranormal training classes or conduct their own paranormal investigations (three or six hour durations) with the assistance of DGH’s members.

Opportunities to explore will be offered once a month and will vary according to what experience is offered for the weekend.

Investigators are heavily encouraged to bring their own flashlights and equipment as they will be exposed to many different types of paranormal investigating techniques such as EVP sessions, K2 meters, EMF ghost meters, digital photography, video recording, and dowsing rods.

Paranormal Adventures at Rockwood
Paranormal enthusiasts will given the opportunity to conduct paranormal investigations in a six hour adventure. After a brief introduction led by resident paranormal expert Dr. Lou and curator Professor Phil the investigators will learn about the history of the mansion and paranormal experiences encountered by Rockwood’s staff and visitors. They will then be divided into investigative teams led by DGH’s members . The teams remaining time will be spent investigating many of the rooms and halls of the Rockwood Museum. The cost of the three hour adventure is $50 per person and $100 per person for the six hour adventure.

Paranormal Institute at Rockwood
The Delaware Ghost Hunters (DGH) will host paranormal training classes where investigators are exposed to the hobby. Investigators will attend a classroom training session describing the necessary background and assistance to help conduct their own ghost hunt investigations such as identifying the various types of collected evidence and types of ghost hunting equipment used and completion of evidence reviews. The classes will culminate with an actual investigation of the Rockwood Museum to put their new found skills to the test! The cost for the 4 hour training session is $75.
